Refund and Return Policy.
Our purpose is to make you happy with your purchases. In case by some reasons you are not satisfied with our products you can return a product within 14 days of your initial purchase.
To be eligible for a return, products should be unused, and with all garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to a customer.
There are several types of goods which are excluded from being returned. They are food, beverages, flowers, sanitary goods etc.
Besides, to complete a return you must provide a purchase receipt.
Once we receive yours returned item, we will inspect it for damages. At the same time you will receive a notification that your returned item is received. Afterwards we will inform you either your refund request is approved or rejected.
In case of approval, we will refund you the total amount charged for the item. Money will be placed back to your credit card or to the original payment method. Please note issuing refund may take couple of days.

Items sold on sale
If you request a refund for an item purchased on sale, we are afraid we would not be able to refund it. Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund.
We can exchange undamaged and unused items. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to exchange items.
Shipping costs of a retuning item
Please return your product to Centipede BVBA, Gemeenteplein 26, 3010 Kessel-Lo, Belgium. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for all shipping costs for your returning item.
